Welcome to Urban Detox! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
Prices listed are per person and may vary based on availability.
Once booked, you will receive confirmation details, including the meeting point and itinerary.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations made X days before the trip are eligible for a partial/full refund (as per policy).
Cancellations made after the deadline are non-refundable.
If Urban Detox cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety concerns, etc.), participants can choose between a full refund or rescheduling.
3. Travel & Meeting Point
Urban Detox does not provide transportation to the meeting point. Participants must arrive at the designated location on their own.
Late arrivals may miss part of the itinerary, and refunds will not be provided.
4. Safety & Responsibility
All adventure activities are conducted under expert supervision. However, participants join at their own risk.
Urban Detox is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the trip.
Participants with medical conditions should inform us before booking.
5. Behavior & Conduct
Respecting fellow travelers, guides, and local communities is mandatory.
Any disruptive behavior or violation of rules may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
6. Changes in Itinerary
Urban Detox may capture photos and videos during the trip for promotional use.
If you prefer not to be featured, please inform us in advance.
8. Liability Disclaimer
Urban Detox is not responsible for unforeseen events, including natural disasters, political disturbances, or personal emergencies affecting travel plans.
9. Agreement
By booking a trip with Urban Detox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
